Kc Yong

KC Yong serves as the President of the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society of Singapore (HFESS) since April 2022 and holds the position of Senior Principal User Experience Consultant at Dell since February 2007. Additionally, KC Yong is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) as of December 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior User Interaction Designer at Creative Technology Ltd, a Senior Human Factors Specialist at DSO National Laboratories, and a Human Factors Specialist at DSTA. KC Yong obtained a Master of Engineering in User Interface Design & Biomedical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
