Kieran McDaid is the current VP Finance for North America, Global Accounts, and Original Equipment Manufacturing Finance at Dell Technologies. Kieran has over twenty years of experience in finance and has held various positions at Dell during their tenure. Kieran started at Dell in December of 2014 as the Divisional CFO/Controller for U.S. Preferred Accounts(Mid-Market). In this role, Kieran was the finance lead for Dell North America's largest customer segment and also led the NA commercial rebates team. Kieran was promoted to Executive Finance Director in October of 2012 where they managed a team of 160+ professionals across the globe. In this role, Kieran had responsibility for the design of sales compensation metrics and administered the commission payout cycle for the global sales force. Kieran also had full commercial finance and operations responsibility for Dell's global online business, which is a multi-billion dollar engine. This included managing the finances for the demand generation and software development groups. Kieran was also the global controller for sales operations, which involved managing the finances for sales operation personnel and working on sales productivity, business growth, and strategy.

Kieran McDaid is a certified accountant who has a Bachelor of Business Studies in finance from Trinity College, Dublin. Kieran also has a certification from the ACCA in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
