Kim Erlanson

Kim Erlanson serves as the Vice President of Corporate Transactions at Dell Technologies, a position held since September 2011. In this role, Kim leads global corporate governance and compliance for 500 entities, oversees tax, treasury, and statutory accounting initiatives, and manages global antitrust matters related to corporate transactions within the Dell Technologies family of businesses. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Director specializing in Corporate Transactions and as a Corporate Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Kim began the career as a Business and Technology Group Associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Kim holds a JD with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
