Krish Gupta

Krish Gupta is the Senior Vice President of Litigation and Intellectual Property at Dell Technologies. Krish has been with the company since October 1998 and has held various positions within Dell EMC, including Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining Dell, Krish worked as Senior Counsel for Digital Equipment Corporation from January 1988 to December 1998.

Born in India, Krish received their law degree from the University of Mumbai in 1987. Krish is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
