Having built highly-productive teams of software developers from the ground up, Layne has held significant roles at companies such as Dell Technologies as Director of the Performance Analytics Group and as Co-founder and CIO of NaviKnow, LLC. Layne also worked as a SQLGuru during evenings and weekends at SQLConsulting and previously served as a Database Consultant for Assistant Coach Systems, LLC.
