Lester Smith

Lester Smith is an experienced IT leader specializing in Cyber Operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Intelligence and Response Team at Dell. Previously, they were the Strategic Cyber Operations Manager at NetApp, overseeing incident response and vulnerability management, and they also held multiple leadership roles in the Virginia National Guard, including Major in command of a Cyber Warfare Company. Lester’s early career included positions at Varrow and Walmart, and they hold a Master’s in Information Science and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
