Levi Hsieh has over two decades of experience in BIOS engineering and platform software management, beginning with a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology. At ECS Elitegroup, a tenure from July 2007 to May 2011 included roles as BIOS Engineering Deputy Manager, responsible for the development of desktop OEM products and leading an ODM BIOS team, and as a Senior Engineer focusing on desktop BIOS for OEM clients like ACER, HP, and Lenovo. Prior experience at Phoenix Technologies from May 2002 to February 2004 involved resolving firmware and hardware issues for OEM customers, such as HP and NEC. Since May 2011, Hsieh has been serving as Platform Software Senior Manager at Dell.
