Lori McCrory

Lori McCrory has extensive experience in HR technology and operations, particularly within Dell and its predecessor, Perot Systems. Starting in March 2010, Lori held various roles with increasing responsibility, focusing on HR operations, business controls, and project governance. Key accomplishments include leading the implementation of global contingent labor policies and managing data migration for over 50,000 workers. From February 2019 to March 2022, Lori served as the HR Technology Director, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing core HCM design and translating complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions. Additionally, previous roles included HR Technology PMO and Employee Experience Director, where strategic alignment of technology with enterprise goals was prioritized, and HR Technology Senior Consultant, focusing on optimizing HR systems and processes.
