Louie Lu

Louie Lu is a Senior Manager with extensive experience in escalation management and customer support. At Dell EMC, Louie managed escalation managers in the APJ region and handled critical issues within the organization. Prior to that, Louie worked at Microsoft Corporation from 2007 to 2012, where they managed critical CPE escalations and collaborated with Subject Matter Experts. Louie began their career at Microsoft as a Support Engineer from 2004 to 2007.
