Mark Heeney is a seasoned global leader with over 20 years of experience in Global Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Intelligence Analytics. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Server Offer & Product BOM Design Change Management at Dell Technologies, Mark previously held significant roles at various companies, including Dell and Abbott, where they managed large teams and complex supply chain projects. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with first-class honors from University College Galway and a Master's degree in Project Management, also with first-class honors, from the University of Limerick.
