Mark Jones is an accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in both engineering and design roles. At Dell from September 2013 to January 2022, Mark contributed as a Field Service Engineer II, managing complex technical cases, collaborating with various teams, and achieving top rankings in network leadership and customer satisfaction. Mark was also instrumental in fostering a positive work culture through the Client ProSupport Winning Culture Council, while mentoring new hires.
