Mark Kelcourse

Mark Kelcourse is an experienced professional in operations management, having held significant roles in various companies such as Dell Technologies and Convergys. They served as a Senior Manager in Services Global Exchange Operations at Dell Technologies from 2017 to 2020, leading continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with business stakeholders. Prior to that, Mark worked at Convergys as an Operations Manager, managing a large team and overseeing multiple lines of business.
