Mark Kubala is the Director of Commercial Client Services Program Management, overseeing New Service Introduction program management for Dell Technologies Services. They are responsible for the development and launch of all new standardized support, deployment, and managed services for global commercial customers. Mark joined Dell in 1998 and has held various leadership roles across program management, sales, and business planning. Prior to their time at Dell, they served in leadership positions at Citigroup, Fujitsu Services, GE Engine Services, and Texas Instruments. Mark is currently pursuing a BBA in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA at the University of North Texas.
