Mark Webster has extensive experience in project management and engineering support within the technology sector. At EMC, Mark served as both Engineering Support Manager focusing on Data Protection and Project Manager for end-to-end customer implementations. Prior to EMC, Mark worked as a Project Manager at WysDM Software, managing projects related to EMC’s Backup Advisor. Additional experience includes consulting for Standard Life, where a project analyzed IT service compliance with the ITIL v2 framework, and serving as Production Services Manager at Goldman Sachs, overseeing IT services and system monitoring.
