Mars Lin is currently a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Dell Technologies, leading a team focused on in-house BIOS core development. Previously, Mars served as a Firmware Senior Principal Engineer at Dell and held various leadership roles at Phoenix Technologies, where they contributed to significant projects like EDKII and SecureCore development. Mars holds a degree from Feng Chia University, obtained in 1997.
