Matthew Cimini is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience at Dell Technologies since August 2008, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Engagement and Privacy Technology. In this role, Matthew leads a team responsible for transforming Dell's Customer Data ecosystem and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Prior roles include Director of Marketing Digital Transformation, where Matthew oversaw the delivery of a Customer Engagement Platform utilizing big data and machine learning, and Director of Dell & EMC IT Integration, managing the integration for the largest merger in technology history. With a strong background in sales and ERP transformations, Matthew has consistently focused on enhancing customer engagement and optimizing business processes. Matthew began his career as a Consultant at Computopia, specializing in network and client implementations. Matthew holds a degree from Bryant University.
