Melanie Heide

Melanie Heide is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, information security, and music management. Currently employed at Dell Technologies since February 2016, Melanie has held roles such as ISO 27001 Lead Project Manager and Regional Lead for Information Security & Compliance, overseeing ISO audits and documentation. Additional experience includes logistics management and technical support quality leadership. Outside of Dell, Melanie manages a trademarked music project with Azmeryth, coordinating studio recordings and performances, while also having previously worked as a substitute teacher and research assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
