Michael Koval is an experienced strategy and operations leader currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Director for Federal Sales at Dell Technologies. With over 15 years of progressive experience across various roles, they previously held key positions including Chief of Staff and Director of Business Operations within the US Federal division. Michael began their career as a Purchasing Intern at Sanofi Pasteur and has amassed expertise in sales strategy, project management, and operations across multiple organizations. They hold a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
