Michael Li has extensive experience in business operations, sales strategy, and channel enablement within the technology sector. Beginning as a Business Operation Manager at Motorola from April 2000 to August 2006, Michael transitioned to Nortel Networks as a Senior Channel Sales Operation Manager from 2007 to 2009. Michael served as the S.Business Operation Manager at EMC from 2009 to 2011, before becoming the Head of Sales Strategy and Standardization at Schneider Electric from June 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included global sales strategy implementation and channel development in China. Afterward, Michael took on the role of Director of Strategic Marketing at Schneider Electric, focusing on global strategic marketing and sales enablement. Since April 2015, Michael has been the Director of Channel Enablement at Dell, overseeing channel strategy and partner programs. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University, earned between 2002 and 2003.
