Michael Luo

Michael Luo is currently the Vice President of Finance at Dell, where they have held the position of Executive Director Finance and Managing Director since 2009. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Finance Manager at Nortel Networks from 2000 to 2008 and as a Senior Manager of Credit at the Bank of China from 1987 to 1995. Michael also worked as a Foreign Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in 1991-1992. They earned a Juris Doctor from Peking University, a Master's Degree in International Investment Law from Wuhan University, and an MBA from Western University.
