Michael Warden has extensive experience at Dell Technologies, where roles included Program Management Consultant, Global Commodity Management Senior Advisor, and Senior Manager in various procurement capacities. Warden led a global team of commodity managers and was instrumental in developing the Client Solutions Group Tech Support partner strategy as the Director of Partner Strategy and Enablement.
