Michelle Draper is currently a Service Integrator at Dell Technologies, where they have served since January 2016 and lead the onboarding process for new clients into Dell's Managed Services. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Situation Incident Manager at VCE from August 2015 to January 2016, managing critical outages and resolving incidents to minimize downtime. With a career beginning in 1988 at Hewlett-Packard, Michelle developed extensive experience in incident and problem management, supported by certifications including ITIL® and Scrum Master credentials. They hold a certification in Computer Programming from the Control Data Institute.
