Beginning a career as Branch Manager at Kelly Services (M) Sdn Bhd from August 2006 to September 2009, Nancy transitioned to Dell in September 2009, where the current role as Talent Acquisition Senior Manager has been held since March 2020. In addition, Nancy serves as the Regional Human Resources lead for Malaysia at Dell Technologies.
