Natalie Gilbert

Natalie Gilbert is a Senior Director of Customer & Finance Services, currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Accounting at Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Georgia State University. Previously, Natalie served as the Audit Director at Dell, overseeing the Global Audit & Compliance function and areas such as SOX and Enterprise Risk Management. Their career also includes roles as Director of Internal Audit and Chief of Staff, demonstrating a strong background in audit management and strategic transformation. Natalie gained early experience as a Research Assistant at Tennessee State University and held various positions at Dell from 2010 to 2022, including Internal Auditor and Senior Business Analyst. Additionally, they contributed to the National Black MBA Association as the Director of Internal Corporate Relations.
