Neil Ramos

Neil Ramos is a solutions-driven professional with over nine years of experience in IT, currently serving as a Senior DEX Consultant at Dell Technologies. Previously, Neil held various roles including Deskside Product Manager and Information Technology Operations Manager at JLL Technologies, where they managed remote teams and oversaw the implementation of proactive support tools. Neil began their career in customer-facing roles at Williams-Sonoma and transitioned into IT support at Baker Tilly US. They completed an Associate's degree in Business Office Systems & Support from Dallas College and hold certifications in CompTIA A+ and Server+. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Neil is a co-leader of Building Pride at JLL.
