Patrick Lim has over a decade of experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Support Principal Engineer at Dell EMC since December 2018. In this role, Patrick specializes in addressing complex issues related to Linux across multiple distributions, such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE Enterprise Linux, and Ubuntu, with a focus on high-availability solutions, OpenStack, OpenShift, and Bright Cluster Manager for HPC nodes.
