Peter Chen

Peter Chen is an experienced design professional with a solid background in industrial and product design. Beginning a career at Kinpo from July 1997 to March 2003 as a Senior Designer, Peter was involved in creating GSM mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs, voice recorders, digital cameras, and calculators. Peter continued to enhance design expertise at Compal from April 2003 to December 2005 as a Design Lead, focusing on consumer laptops, MP4 players, and GPS devices. A position at Wistron Corporation as Design Manager from August 2006 to February 2009 included designing GPS devices, PDA phones, notebooks, and ATVs. Since March 2009, Peter has served as a Senior Principal Designer at Dell, specializing in gaming laptops, desktops, peripheral design, and CMF & UI strategy development. Peter holds an Associate of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Ming Chi University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.
