Philip Tran is a 5G Hardware Design Manager at Dell Technologies, bringing over 15 years of experience as a Hardware Design Engineer across various sectors, including Wireline, Optical Telecom, and Wireless. Philip has designed complex hardware solutions and led significant projects, such as a Dual Carrier Packet Microwave Radio at DragonWave Inc. and various hardware developments at Nortel and Mitel. With a robust understanding of signal integrity and EMI/EMC issues, Philip excels at integrating hardware and software solutions while effectively managing development teams. Philip continues to advance their education in Computer Engineering at the University of Ottawa, having previously earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the same institution.
