Rani Chen is an engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware platform application and electrical hardware engineering. Rani worked at Intel Corporation from 2020 to 2024 as a Data Center Hardware Platform Application Engineer, where they enabled automated test methods and led issue resolution between customers and cross-functional teams. Prior to that, Rani spent five years at HP from 2015 to 2020, designing engineering solutions and leading project teams in electrical hardware. Rani is currently a Principal System Development Engineer in AI Server at Dell Technologies, starting in 2025.
