Raoul Yang

Raoul Yang is a seasoned expert in regulatory compliance and environmental affairs, currently serving as the Senior Manager of APJ Regulatory Compliance and Environment Affairs at Dell Technologies. Previously, they held various roles at Dell, including Regulatory Compliance and Environment Affairs Consultant and Leader of the Dell China Regulatory Compliance team, where they were instrumental in managing compliance strategies across multiple regions. Raoul also worked as General Manager of Innovation Business Division at PONY Test International Group, focusing on EMC, safety, and energy consumption. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Physics of Material from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and a Master of Business Administration from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
