Reut Steiner has extensive experience in operations and talent acquisition, having held various roles from 2008 to the present. At Metalicone Technologies, Reut served as an Operations Specialist and Technical Recruiter, managing purchase orders and supplier relationships. Subsequent positions included a Recruiter role at Hever focused on recruitment and contract negotiation, and a Science Teacher at the Israeli Ministry of Education. Reut's technical recruiting expertise was further developed at Taldor and Panda Trading Systems, executing projects and collaborating across teams. Currently, as a Global Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dell Technologies, Reut continues to define and execute strategic initiatives. Reut holds a BA in Human Resources and Sociology Anthropology from the University of Haifa.
