Richard Burcham

Richard Burcham is a seasoned leader in program and engineering management with extensive experience at Dell Technologies, where roles have included Senior Director of Program Management and Director of Business Transformation, focusing on developing innovative software solutions for enterprise and service provider customers. Prior to this, Richard served as Engineering Director at Dell Compellent, overseeing the delivery of core product features and managing various engineering efforts. Earlier in Richard's career at Dell, significant contributions were made in integrating Compellent engineering processes and developing high-revenue storage solutions. Richard's professional journey began in the US Army TRADOC Analysis Center, where programming and modeling of combat tactics were key responsibilities. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from New Mexico State University.
