Notably, Richard served as a Senior Managing Consultant at Kroll from May 2018 to November 2020, and previously held various roles in law enforcement as a Police Officer/Detective with Essex County / East Orange Police Department, as well as a Detective at Union County Prosecutor's Office and Essex County Prosecutor's Office, specializing in computer and mobile device forensics and homicide investigations.
