Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia and as an Implementation Project Manager at NATEK, focusing on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Their career began in the food industry, eventually transitioning to IT, where they developed a passion for problem-solving and customer support. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Technická univerzita v Košiciach.
