Rohan Kathuria is an Offshore Program Lead with over 19 years of experience in IT services, focusing on building and leading high-performance teams. They have held significant roles at companies like Dell Technologies, where they established a large application packaging offshore center and drove considerable productivity improvements. Rohan also served as Managing Director at ECS Infosolutions, where they grew operations and enhanced customer satisfaction through innovative business strategies. Currently, Rohan is pursuing a B.E. in Computers at the University of Mumbai while continuing to contribute to digital transformation initiatives in their current position.
