Roxane Paiz

Roxane Paiz, CAPM, has extensive experience in sales operations and customer success, currently serving as a Sales Operations Project Manager for global accounts at Dell since September 1995. In this role, Roxane coordinates sales, support, and operational teams to efficiently fulfill customer projects and goals. Previously, Roxane worked as a Member Services Representative at Velocity Credit Union from June 1990 to September 1993, providing professional assistance to members regarding their accounts, and also served as a Loan Officer, guiding customers through the loan application process. Roxane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with a minor in Psychology from East Texas Baptist University and is a graduate of Palacios High School.
