Roy Silva is an experienced professional with a robust background in infrastructure delivery services, program management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure Delivery Services at Dell since May 2005, Silva has spearheaded enterprise-level deployments in server, storage, and networking within the Federal sector. Prior roles at Dell include Director of IT System Integration and Operations, where strategic planning and global service execution were a focus, and Senior Manager of IT System Integration and Operations. Silva’s earlier experience includes positions at Hach Company, Sheldahl, and Motorola Semiconductor, along with a tenure as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where technical and nuclear engineering expertise was developed. Silva holds an M.S. in Engineering from The Catholic University of America and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
