With over 13 years of experience in data center infrastructure projects, they have led numerous design, consulting, and delivery projects nationwide. Prior to Dell, Hanrui served as a Senior IT Project Manager at China Hainan Airlines, managing significant IT infrastructure projects. They hold several certifications, including PMP, CDCP, and CTDC, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Air Force Engineering University.
