Sakshi Singhal is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and customer support services with extensive experience at Dell EMC since 2004. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Digital Transformation for the Client Solutions Group Support Services, Sakshi leads a global team of over 90 professionals focused on leveraging GenAI models to achieve significant efficiency improvements, digitalizing service experiences, and creating AI/ML models. Prior roles include overseeing global customer support and project management, driving automation capabilities, and supporting a large workforce of over 12,000 engineers. Sakshi holds a Master of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MSc in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
