Samer Michel has extensive experience in technical escalation and operations within the storage management sector, having worked at EMC from May 2012 to August 2021 and at Dell EMC from April 2012 to September 2018. In the DPAS Technical Escalation Team, Samer performed remote change management for installed systems and handled secure change management requests. As a Principal Engineer, responsibilities included daily tasks in NAS operations such as storage provisioning, monitoring, and configuration, with a focus on automation in the storage provisioning work stream to optimize processes. Samer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Engineering and Technology from The German University in Cairo, obtained in 2010, and completed I.G.C.S.E education at Modern Education Schools between 1997 and 2004.
