Scott Kay has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Manager and previously as a Principal Software Engineer at EMC since October 1999. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Principal Software Engineer at SeaChange International from 1998 to 1999 and worked as a Software Engineer at SystemSoft from 1995 to 1998 and Panametrics from January 1990 to April 1995. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed between 1984 and 1989, and attended Canton High School.
