Sean Paddock

Sean Paddock is the Global Business Director for AI/ML Solutions and Cloud Enablement at Dell Technologies, where they advise business and IT leaders on transforming their organizations into software-driven companies. With over 20 years of experience in strategic growth and digital transformation, they have previously held key roles in companies such as Pivotal Software, Applied Materials, and EMC, where they managed significant sales territories and drove revenue growth. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from San Diego State University and has pursued additional education at prestigious institutions including Stanford and Kellogg. Currently serving as a council member for the City of Mill Creek, Washington, they continue to leverage their expertise in technology and business strategy.
