Sheela Rani

Sheela Rani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience coaching and project management. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Senior Advisor at Dell Technologies since March 2016, Rani has also held roles as a Senior Project Program Manager, Program Project Manager, and Manager, supporting 12 teams to enhance customer experience and implementing sales training for the support function. Previously, Rani worked as a Customer Experience Coach at Dell International Services and as a Sales Specialist at AOL. Rani's early career includes a counseling position at the Indian Church of Christ, where skills in program organization and public speaking were developed. Rani completed high school education with a focus on Business/Commerce at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
