Slong Ooi

Slong Ooi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and product support, primarily in the technology sector. Ooi began a career at DELL ASIA PACIFIC in 1999 as a Senior Software Engineer, leading efforts to resolve factory and customer issues in the Asia Pacific Japan regions. From 2004 to 2007, Ooi served as a PG Functional Test Engineering Senior Analyst at Leading APCC, focusing on manufacturing line improvements and training new team members. Following this, Ooi held multiple roles at Dell, including IPS Senior Engineer and China Senior Leader, overseeing program execution and leading cross-functional teams in product quality assurance.
