Sofia Rios has a diverse range of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with notable positions at companies such as CNPq, PUCRS, Nelogica, and Dell Technologies. At Nelogica, Sofia led end-to-end recruitment processes, while at Dell Technologies, responsibilities included collaborating with business leaders on hiring goals, developing diverse talent pipelines, and participating in the Talent Acquisition Rotation Program focused on University Recruiting for LATAM. Prior experience includes roles in training and development at O2 Inc. and university extension at PUCRS. Sofia is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at UFCSPA after having attended PUCRS.
