Stephanie Andel

Stephanie Andel, PhD, is the Head of Employee Listening at Dell Technologies, where they lead the design and execution of the company's comprehensive listening strategy, engaging over 120,000 team members. Previously, they served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis, directing research on employee engagement, health, and well-being, with findings published in several leading academic journals. Stephanie holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, as well as a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Bradley University. They are also a founding member of the Society for People Analytics.
