Stephen O'Sullivan has extensive experience in product and business operations, primarily within Dell Technologies and its predecessor, EMC. At Dell Technologies from June 2017 to December 2020, Stephen served as Product Operations Manager and Business Operations Program Manager, leading financial outlook initiatives for server-based storage and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Currently, as a Business Operations Consultant at Dell Technologies since April 2022, Stephen continues similar efforts. Prior roles include Operations Manager of China Contract Manufacturers at Dell EMC and Order Fulfilment Planner at EMC. Stephen contributed to fulfilling orders for third-party and electronic licenses and played a key role in an ERP transition project while also serving as GEM order fulfilment Supervisor. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Development and Computer Networking from Cork Institute of Technology, obtained from 2000 to 2005.
