Stephen Squeglia

Stephen Squeglia is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as Director of Systems Engineering at Dell Technologies since June 2015, Stephen leads a team focused on designing architectures and solutions for the Unstructured Data Solutions portfolio, collaborating with various business units to drive growth. Prior to this role, Stephen held significant positions at Cisco Systems, including Manager of Systems Engineering in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector and Electrical Engineer after the acquisition of SyPixx Networks. Stephen's early career includes pivotal roles at International Fiber Systems, contributing to substantial revenue growth, and at Ortronics, where responsibilities included managing a fiber optic laboratory and conducting training sessions.
