Steven Lance is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal teams and providing support for global business alliances. Since joining Dell in November 2009 as a Senior Managing Legal Director, Steven has excelled in negotiating contracts with strategic partners and overseeing legal aspects of the Global Alliance business, while also leading a Contract Administration team. Prior roles at EMC Corporation included Senior Legal Director and Associate General Counsel, where Steven provided legal support for channel partner relationships and negotiated significant corporate agreements. Steven began a legal career at Red Brick Systems as Counsel/Sales Finance Manager and served as an Associate at Beckett, Lolli & Bartunek. Steven holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
