Summer Lu has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, primarily at Dell and Dell Technologies. At Dell, Summer served as an Inside Sales Manager, leading a team focused on Medium Business in multiple regions of Greater China and significantly enhancing sales productivity. As a Senior Coach, Summer developed sales coaching programs and training modules to improve inside sales representatives' skills. In subsequent roles at Dell Technologies, Summer held positions including Relationship Account Manager and Global Marketing Senior Manager, where responsibilities included implementing modern marketing strategies and streamlining lead processing across the Asia-Pacific region. Summer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dalian Nationalities University.
